Lost My "Fat Girl"..........

Found my favorite hen dead in the coop this morning.......... She had been acting sickly for a few days so I put her on antibiotics, hoping it would help........ Yeah, I know, it's just a chicken, but I'd had her from a day old chick two and a half years ago. She was half again the size of my other hens & a very laid back girl... I'll miss her......

So sorry. And it not "just a chicken", they do become like part of the family.
