24-48 hours is the usual, I believe. @New duck mommy 2021 ?

When I post photos of all the ducklings, I will also include which 6 are Kaeda's and which 2 are from our WH ducks.

All ducklings have hatched but #8 seems to have an issue.

Duckling #8 hatched out fine by themselves but I'm wondering what could be wrong with it aside from the leg.

Give him a bit of time, and maybe some electrolytes or yolk-water. Hatching is a tough job.

They've been like this since early yesterday afternoon

Sometimes they just need time
The next few hours should help
I use shelf liner in my bator as I find that bottom slippery and harder for them to get grip
Added a pic of it. I get mine at the dollar stores but Walmart also has it

Brooder is bigger than shown. They just prefer to stay underneath the heating plate.
