What a horrible thing to come home to. We have wire over the top of our run and have dug trenches along the bottom and filled with concrete to keep the little diggers out. So far so good.... good luck with the new babies!

I like the concrete idea. I've buried chicken wire for about 18" out from the bottom of the fence. So far no no diggers.

Just checked on my rooster. He left for the night. Not in the coop & flew out of the run. He must be in the trees somewhere. I don't blame him for not sticking around at night. Twice he's been there when the coon attacked.

I will get him though. Bet your bottom $ that he & all those like him coming into my yard will be removed.
