I got my first flock last April so 7 of my hens are over 30 weeks old and I have 3 that are just over 20 weeks. I seem to only have 1 chicken that is still laying now. In the fall I only had 4 laying. Why are the others not laying and should I keep them in the coop until they do start laying? Also will they lay this winter? I thought new hens layed through their first winter?
