Lots of saliva in chickens mouth, foaming at the sides, watery-feeling crop, strange lump in/near crop

I noticed one of my moulting hens was foaming at the sides of her mouth earlier today and something that came up upon searching it was sour crop. Her breath doesn't smell particularly bad but her crop feels perhaps slightly watery, although it is not ballooned up. There is a small solid lump about the diameter of a penny where her crop is, however I cannot tell if it is an impaction or an organ. It feels very round and solid, so I didn't want to try and break it up just in case. She is occasionally breathing through her mouth. Gently squeezing her crop and holding her upside down doesn't make any liquid come out but I did notice her mouth fillied with saliva.

Are there any organs similar to the one I described in that area? Should I assume its an impaction and try to break it apart? Thanks.

Look inside her beak for any obstruction, lesions, canker, mucous, white/yellow pasty material.

Feel her crop in the morning before she's had anything to eat/drink, if it's still not empty, then begin treating her according to the article below.

I would not hold her upside anymore, if she's got any fluids in the crop, she can easily aspirate.

Thanks guys, this only seemed to last about a day and she seems more or less fine now, but she is moulting which makes her act slower than normal anyway so I'll keep an eye on her
