We got a rooster by accident from our murdochs and we our totally fine with it but our whiny neighbor is causing problems and threatening to kill it, we've tried making it some collars but it dosent like them so I would like to know if theres any other solutions to his crowing, no harming please.

What are the local laws/ordinances about roosters and/or noise problems?
Yep, first thing to find out.
@izakifoto do you know your rights here?

Touchy situation...sounds like not a great relationship to begin with, involving the police might just make it worse, even if you legally can have the crower.
Crow collars can be harmful..and they often don't do the trick.

I really don't understand people that hate roosters crows. I love the noise.
I like to hear my cock crowing too...but the noise all chickens make can be very annoying, especially if it is incessant and loud and close.

Instead of strangling him with a collar or mutilating the poor creature I would suggest to rehome him to a place where he is allowed to live a normal rooster life including some crowing every once in a while.

I thought it could be done up to 6 months.
Not that I've read about.
Might depend on where you live.
Call a vet and ask....please let us know what you learn
