"Louisiana "La-yers" Peeps"

Can any recommend an inexpensive camera surveillance system that records activities and also allows a person to log on to the internet to view activities at your place? I need about 3 - 4 cameras and recording capabilities for day and evening. Any suggestions? Remember I'm a cheap-o, so be kind when suggesting a million dollar surveillance system. I know that I will have to spend AT LEAST $30.00 :gig

ETA: I found this at Sam's.

Only thing wrong with that one is all cameras have to be within 60 feet of your computer or monitor.

Whats wrong with your rabbit foots. They lose their luck

You're bad. Is it time for you to check in at the white coat hotel? Now that's funny. :lau

My buck has sore feet. The vet said that I can go pick up some foot balm and antibiotics tomorrow. I have to get him off of that wire bottom. :(

I called the company and they said it could be no more than 160 feet from the computer/or monitor. I better make sure of that. I'll have to see how far my house is from the chicken yard.

240 ft is how much cable they supply but if you use all 4 for you only have 60 ft per camera
They supply 4 60ft cables

Are your cage floors all wire or do you have rest boards in them.

Ooooooooooooo, so that won't work. :(

They are all wire. No rest boards. I am looking at rest pads. Someone told me to put them on plywood. :smack What do you suggest? I gotta get my boy well. :hit

This is my first time in 7 years having a rabbit foot problem. :/

I have 1/3 of my pens plywood floored. They will have issues with their feet if you dont give them something solid to stand on a portion of the time. You can take any wood boards and cut to fit your pen size and secure in there to solve the issue :)

The Vet's name is Warren Joseph. I also was talking to Michael Barrington about what my wife would have to do to get certified. I hadn't told her yet...lol. That would make things easier if she could do this for me.

Jeff, lucky for me I don't think that I will have to get a % of all 81, just a % of the ones over 6 months old. He told me that as long as I can catch the birds it should only take but about 20 minutes or so. With the BR's, your looking for pullets right? Once they are old enough for me to see how many boys and how many girls I have....I'll see what I can do for you. I never planned on keeping them all so I would be glad to work with you on that how ever I can. The same with the NH's and any other good lines that I have.

Chris
Your going to like Mr. Warren... He's super nice. He does my testing!!

So plywood is ok? Good. I looked at the guy kinda funny when he said plywood but since you confirmed it, then it has to be ok. I will have to get some plywood cut to fit half of the cages.

Now I need to find a rabbit groomer. :/
