I am not speaking of backyard hobbiest I am speaking 100% on breeders. The laws state you are supposed to be and I personally feel if you are ducking the testing theres probably a reason.

The part in bold I agree with so much! It's kinda like "Just because you CAN, doesn't mean you SHOULD!!" Why would you risk everything just cause your lazy?? Cause if someone has that much business as Jeff mentioned then even in the states that charge for it you can afford to have it done. But one day when it comes back to bite someone on the butt and they get fined out the wazoo...... Well it'll be interesting then!!

Unfortunately they went to their other moms house and she wouldn't let them on the computer to even see them, let alone name them! (I have a few choice words for her daily!)
