Nice foggy morning here - can't see across the street!
I have 10 strong, healthy chicks -- may still have 1-2 hatch today, not sure. I'm very pleased!

Julie my flashlight is a Brinkman Q Beam MaxMillion II 2 million maxpower spotlight, cordless, rechargeable (got all of that off the box just now). Like I said, I can stand in the back yard & shine it & see clear down to the bayou. It holds a charge a LONG time. And best of all, I found the charger in the box. It's also heavy enough to be used as a weapon.

OK off to the vet to take Malcolm to get his stitches out, then to the dentist for a checkup, then have to buy a birthday present for my boss, then home to make a lemon cake for my Dad's 80th birthday tomorrow! And we might even get our little tree put up today. It's a four foot fiber optic tree & for decorations I have pink glass flamingoes wearing Santa hats. It makes a statement, lol!

On another note I have some silkies laying and hatching that are just awesome

I'm hoping for a gazillion white in 2013. I will be a pea hatching fool as soon as they start laying. I'm working on a Pea Mansion with an elevator for the new pea group. I"m talking Chandeliers and Jacuzzis. Now the person who is building this is not really aware of my plans, so I have to persuade him by buying him a good Christmas Present. Perhaps a weekend fishing trip will ease the pain as I tell him about all of this.

I have doing a lot of ebaying and have found a lot of good deals. Now, I"m looking for a vintage meat grinder so that I can grind my chicken, turkey and lamb.

You can't see their eyes. I don't know what their thinking. They may be planning to attack me or something. Scary.

I saw a duck documentary a few weeks ago and they had the most beautiful ducks. I love the Wood Ducks and Mandarins. I wish I could have some of those but they would need special accommodations at my place and I don't have a pond.
