"Louisiana "La-yers" Peeps"

Good morning everyone! I've read all of the opinions on ff and I'm not so sure it's for me. Lol. However, I am thinking of doing it with my babies until they get a little older. I'm already tired of buying chick starter. Ha!

I think I will leave the FF to the experts and those that have time. Wish I did but I don't. If you try it, please let us know how it turns out for you.

I sure will! I don't have time to do it for all of them (I work full time and have a 3 year old) but I think it might help with the babies.

It won't take you too much longer to get there, LOL

so i need help. i recently got a barred rock hen whose a year and three silkie hens who are also a year. they laid for the first two days and now arent laying at all. any suggestions? iv had them for about a week or two
It's just the stress of the move. I had this happen when I got hens from a man who was down sizing. It took about a month for them to start laying. You can add some apple cider vinegar to their water.. it helps.

Terri, I think I will carry my recorder outside with me to record the peas. They are making some "unnatural" sounds. I have NEVER in my life could have even imagined them making these noises. I'm shocked every time I hear a new sound.
