"Louisiana "La-yers" Peeps"

I think my mission this weekend is to find sales. You all have me hyped. :celebrate

Can anyone tell me where I can find a 5 peice bathroom rug set? I have looked all over but I am only finding the cheap ones. I don't like my toilet tank and toilet seat cover exposed. It makes me feel naked and vunerable. :gig

I'm looking for something like this.

I have seen sets like that at Ross

Good Morning
I am attempting to incubate eggs for the first time and I need a little help please :fl
I ordered some Splash Maran eggs and stupid me wasn't thinking about them being a dark egg and how well I would be able to see development when candling them. It's day 12 what should I see? I can't see any veins at all but I'm thinking that is because they are are a dark egg. I tried candling on day 7 but wasn't comfortable tossing any of the eggs since I have no experience with this. I have looked at a few threads on here with great pictures but they are all using light eggs unless I skipped any dark egg examples. In all but 1 egg there is a dark mass inside. But the size varies in each egg. I set the pointed end of the egg on the candler to look up through, I'm I doing this wrong?

Try laying it in its side don't be rough and look for the airsac and veins around the airsac roll it if you have to. It's usually easier to see through the blunt end that's where I look on dark eggs

Ok thank you. I haven't tried looking through the blunt end. I have tried turning in its side but I just can't see the veins. Most of the eggs are vey spotty when you shine the light so it's very hard to see what's in them.

Thank you and good luck with yours. I wanted to let my chickens hatch them but I waited to late to get the eggs and they are no longer broody So I decided to try the incubator. I'm scared of discarding any too early do to my inexperience but then again I'm scared of the deadly rotten egg smell :sick
