Are you talking about peppermint oil or clove oil? And did it help with Mosquitos?

Peppermint oil, I haven't tried the clove yet. Yes, it helped.

We haven't had ants in our coop. knock on wood!! Do you have any electric motors in your coop? the one problem we have had with ants is them getting in the motor of our pump for our sewage treatment plant. We finally built a fake wishing well over it to keep them out Pam

I built my coop under a tree and next to a log that were both riddled with ants. Not thinking then, was I? I have a shed blocking heavy winds on the strongest side, the tree for shade in the summer, and a nice log to roost on in the day with a great dust bathing area right in front of it. The only thing I overlooked was those pesky ants.

When the weather warms up, they come in for he scratch in the run. No electric motors in run area.

I just read about an oil for repeling mosquitoes while I was reading about oils for soap. Now I can't remember which oil. It will come back to me. when I was reading I was thinking of making toxic free mosquitoe spray.Pam

Cats hate strong oders you don't have to worry about them. Peppermint settles upset stomicks I don't think it would bother dog if they lick it. Pam

My girl was born 8/21. She is a bit older then him, but the young guy we got her from was expecting more litters and I did get her from the Lake Charles direction... I wonder if ours are related...

These people were from Deridder, Sonnier is the last name. They are becoming so popular lately!

Ah, the teenager we got ours from was also in Deridder kinda going towards LC I think.... There is an add I saw recently from the same people we got Punkin from... but not named Sonnier...
