"Louisiana "La-yers" Peeps"

Never thought is see the day where marijuiana is legalized but not raw milk?!
What a crazy world we live in. As for me, I chose to "feed" my body and not just fill the tummy with cheap non-food food items. That's one of the reasons I'm looking forward to really good eggs!

It's all about money!

WOW! I am so impressed! Thought you planned on fewer than that to start... SO, your gonna bite the bullet on this huh! Im telling you, it's chicken math and your gonna LOVE IT!!! Well, like I said, I have chosen the ones im going to cull soon so just come on over! Actually... I'm kinda waiting on you.,,, so let me know when your available. Ax and Freezer are ready!

Hey Jennifer, so nice to talk to you on the phone today. I'm so excited about the culling party Friday. I'm not sure about the dispatching part but I can help with the rest. It's all a learning process. Get some experience under my belt. It's so incredibly kind of you to help me like this.

Thanks again

We were busy today, now we have birds resting, does anyone know which way to lay them? Or if it matters? Breast side up or down? Lol

It shouldn't matter. The idea is to allow rigor to set in and pass, once it does the meat should not be tough (except old roosters).
