Yea, that chart is a very helpful chart that has been around for a while. I like to go to it from time to time for a refresher.

Ahhh...the joys of learning. I hadn't seen it before. A little overwhelming, but informative. It doesn't take much for me to be overwhelmed these days...trying to be fair.

I know THAT feeling all too well!
I've tried several breeds over the years but I keep going back to the same ones: breeder quality Cuckoo Marans, breeder quality Welsummers, EE's & Ameracaunas. These are the 3 breeds I'll probably always have. I do like my one white egglayer, my black Andalusian hen - she's a real nut! and the one Blue Andalusian hen I hatched was just beautiful but I lost her a couple years ago.
