NO rain here in Olla .

Lot's of fresh coffee though . Oh and just killed a danged chicken snake , popped his noggin against a rock a couple of times and seems like i kilt him .

We finally got some rain in Vinton. Got some UGLY weather too. I was out and about doing errands and came home to a mess. The wind blew open my french door and wet the floor in half of that room. I used 4 bath towels to sop up water. I hope it didn't cause damage to the floor. Also, I was using an old door for shade on one of my small chicken tractors. The wind blew the door off the tractor and into my neighbor's yard. This sounds trivial, however, the door had to cross two 4 foot high fences to get there. The door crossed the two fences and then traveled an additional 40 feet before landing on the ground. A friend of mine told me that he had hail at his house. I am glad for the rain though!!
