After treating with blue cote I would try to get them together they are deciding the pecking order. If you think it's too rough take turns removing different chicks. Your the ultimate head hen. If that doesn't work you may have to get her a flock mate of her breed or like primrose will wind up the odd bird out. Yours are young I would keep trying but watch them if they get rough take the bully out for a time out! Let us know what happens. Pam

I have one more that is getting pecked at so now there is two of them taking turns getting picked on picking on each other. They are all fine outside running and playing. It's just when they are enclosed in their little brooder. I put a dirt pit with a few treats ..hopefully that will help if it was because of boredom. I dunno. Keeping a close eye on them.

Good afternoon! Great job on catching the Garage Chickens -- why would anybody want to hate the poor things? waiting for the cam to go viral on YouTube!

It's definitely turned summer here -- hot and humid is the phrase of the day!

Nothing much else going on. Typical Monday work day.

I think I'll be doing my first brumble foot surgery once Ron gets home. Not looking forward to it but it has to be done. It would be Bertha as we call her because she is one mean head hen. But she is limping so she is having pain I just did a foot check last week. Pam
