"Louisiana "La-yers" Peeps"

I actually just found one more! I hope that's all of them. I can't see or hear anything else and I was pretty sure there was 6 or 7 and now we have 7. I'm not sure of the breed she was given to us.i was gonna post pictures but they won't load.
 
Our yard is flooding in spots but we built the coop and run on higher ground so it is not flooding yet. Plus the coop is elevated 2 feet off the ground. We also have a chicken tractor sitting on high ground atm so all is good for now.

That was me too last spring, did Alot of groundwork, i dont envy that job! Took us 3 months of grass clippings and ditch digging...


There's a sand pit up the road, 3 tons for $20. Of course we can't haul 3 tons, but enough to fill it in. I dug it out last fall (had been a garden bed and that black soil got slimy!) and we put one load in, but after it settled I could see I needed another. SO if it ever stops raining...
