Yea I did report them and not being rude but I am not on BYC to be solicited for free birds or anything. I do help alot of people on here and have been very generous with many. To keep at me about something I dont agree with or believe you have the capability to handle is just rude IMO I know this person has only made 1 post here and believe that was for the same reason. Then they have started hitting up a whole bunch of people by PM

My thoughts exactly! I would love to have some peacocks, but I know how much building an aviary for them will cost so that is on the back burner. I definitely wouldn't expect anyone to give them to me. Keeping them isn't exactly a cheap hobby.
I wish these people knew what we spend on our birds every year!
Exactly.
In the past, I have had to turn 2 people down who wanted to buy my turkeys, muscovy ducks and chickens. If I don't know the person and don't know if they are set up and equipped to house and care for my animals, I ask a lot of questions. Last year, one guy wanted to buy 5 turkeys. I asked him what was he going to do with them. He said that he had about 30 acres and that he would put them on his property. I asked him what kind of housing did he have for protection from the predators. Guess what he said? "Well, they will be ok. Turkeys are wild birds, so they can find somewhere to sleep at night." About 30 seconds later, I told him to have a good day and good luck on finding some turkeys.
Another lady contacted me and wanted 10 muscovy ducks. I asked her what was she going to do with them. She said that she had a pond and wanted to put them on her "property". When I heard the word "property", I had to ask more questions. I asked about the property and did she live on the property. She said that she lived about 30 miles from her property but the ducks would be ok to live on the pond. I asked her how often did she visit her property. She said once a month. I asked her did her "property" hav a duck house, etc. so that they would be protected at night from the predators and she said no. She said that they could run to the water and swim away from anything.
I then asked her who would be going out to the property EVERY DAY to feed the ducks to make sure that they would be ok. She said that no one would and the ducks would be ok just eating grass. I explained to her that I wasn't comfortable sending my ducks on a suicide mission, so I would have decline the opportunity to sell my ducks.
This is the person below and the PM that she sent me.
