Julie, how would you describe the flavor of your lamb meat as compared to other meat?

And maybe I wouldn't be so impulsive if you weren't all a bunch of enablers!

Ok, let's see how I can describe it. In my opinion, it has a sorta rich flavor but nothing to turn your nose up at. It has a very unique flavor. Compared to beef and pork, it's flavor is more "tasteful". When you eat it, you know that this is no ordinary meat.

It doesn't have a "wild" taste to me. You just know that you are getting a quality meat. If you like steak, well lamb is 3 steps above a nice steak. It has very little fat at all.

If I had to choose between chicken, duck, beef, pork, steak or lamb, I would pick lamb hands down. I could eat it every day. I love it grilled.

I've heard that once you get used to the "richness" that most other meat just doesn't seem to satisfy you. I'm hoping the hubby likes it!
