I've got to get to bed - tomorrow have to cull some extra roos from my grow-out pen - I dread doing that but, it's a fact of life when you hatch your own...

Cadjien, if you got the grass cut today as hot as it is you did good! Hubby cut our grass too. I felt sorry for him having to suffer out in the heat.

I'm really not sure. Right now all I can go with is what he told me. I guess with this new administratikon we've had for past 3 years nobody puts anything past them. They are disgusting. You kinda go with the flow to make sure you have a job the next day. I'm sure that was pretty much what he was thinking since I know him and how he is. <sigh> Right now everyone is trying to keep their nouth shut and not rock the boat you know!!

I guess the implication that he could lose his job. Main issue is that one of the best attorneys that would take them on in a heartbeat is now on retainer. You can find an attorney around BR that will take the SO on!!

OH HELL NO!!!! They'd be a fight there.If he is within code,and followed all rules, there is nothing they can do.Don't get me started on that!!! The crackhead down from me thought he was gonna make me get rid of my animals....didn't work.For one I'm zoned agricultural,and two(being LEO you'd know) the laws passed concerning drug dealers and issues within a specific distance of a public playground and school.The school is less than 1,000 feet from his front yard (of which he's been busted several times) and the park is about another 500 feet from the school.He has 3 dui's and still drives with a beer in his hand,his dealer comes through around the same time everday,he son has skipped town(also convicted with federal bonds). Long story,he has rented out his house and is staying down the road with his dealer....lol...

I totally agree with everything your saying!! I know I would flip out on them. BUT.... I've also seen some of the dirty things they've done over the past 3-4 years and he's probably like everyone else and needs his job. He is allowed to have "3" in the city limits, I don't know if he had more than that or not. The last time the guy called in on him he brought me 3 cause he had 6 and I know he let a broody hatch some SO.... whether he was over the amount I don't have a clue!!
