I hate the time change too. Monday morning I'll leave the house at 4:15 and it'll be dark, and I'll get home at 5:30 and it'll be dark!!
It took 2 of us 2 hours to debone, cut up and package all this meat. I couldn't believe how much meat was on this doe!! When we were getting started my lid on my food saver was stuck and when I finally got it open it tore the gasket. So we had to stop and go to Wal-Mart and buy another one. The one I got now is so nice though!!
