"Louisiana "La-yers" Peeps"

:welcome  Meds...meds...I think I lost that memo....

Maybe that's what I need....hmmmm...I thought it was a glass of wine!!!
Wine? Did someone say wine? I think that's better than meds. :drool

Welcome new La-yers!! I still newish myself and EVERYONE here has been so helpful!!! (As long as they are properly medicated and have a glass of wine in their hand). Please let me be the first to invite you to the 1st annual Catdaddyfro guinea hunt.

This is where we watch Jeff (Catdaddyfro) attempt to catch keets (see I learned something here!!! I also learned I want guineas!!) and get them away from one very angry mama guinea. We are looking forward to this event. It might be even more fun harassing Jeff about it!

It's fun to harass Jeff even when he isn't catching guineas!

:yuckyuck Yes, my psychiatrist recommends that I do that instead of concentrating on being involved in any more fire "things". :lau

28 days and counting, Mamma :/ LOL

Boy at $25 bucks a sack that'd be right at $200 bucks a week here, I'd probly get down to bout 3 chickens if any LOL I can't touch that off selling eggs evenat ten dollars a dozen. I probly won't be using that brand J/S

Jeff

Thanks to all of you on the feed-back (hahaha get it... Feed back). Okay. I must have forgotten my meds today. I think I have gotten a bit goofier since attaching myself tightly to this thread. Goofier but happier. Lol. It was so expensive, and I was already there, and it's a very old kind of rundown hardware store, so I thought maybe this is some kind of super food that you feed half as much. No, just plain ol layer pellets and scratch. I will take your advice and not go back there. We don't have a tractor supply, but there's a mill and a large hardware store that carries feed at normal prices but a longer drive but my Prius, at 42 miles per gallon, will go a long long way on the $50 i'll save. My gosh. That's more than a month's worth of gasoline. I. hope the girls like their golden feed.

Wait, wait we are helpful even without meds or wine, we're just not as happy about doing it. Lol. Bahahaha

Just kidding, stevesgirl. I hope we didn't scare you off.

Please don't bring him to a kill shelter. I'd take him but I already have 3. I would think there would be a no kill somewhere in Lake Charles . The other thing you could try is there are shelters specific to almost every breed. They probably aren't local but most will arrange travel. It's worth a try.

X2. I just checked, there are a lot of rescues specifically for great pyrannes. I'm sure they have transport. I sometimes do transport for Yorkie Haven Rescue and we pick up yorkies from pretty far away and bring them to Batpn Rouge where are all fostered in homes while they are treated for any problems prior to adoption. It is absolutely no kill no matter what. They live very very well until adoption.
