I guess "every rose has its thorn". I have always thought that BYC was a special little nook of the internet where you can actually hold a honest conversation and get actual advice without trolls and spammers. I joined another forum - asked one question and after reading several "troll" responses said "forget this", had an admin delete the account and retreated. I got too use to being treated decently by BYC.

I don't know why the internet brings the donkey out of people so darn well.

Happy belated birthday glad to know another fellow sagitarius(hunter/stalker) on here. I have a lot of friends that are born under the archer's sign We for sure are a different breed in so MANY ways LOL

Honest conversation??? You wish. People can't handle honesty these days. I wish more people would have honest conversations. :D

And ya'll know that I'm totally honest. I don't bite my tongue for NO BODY !!!!!!!!!!! :lau

As a matter of fact, my family tells me that I'm too honest. My thing is, if you ask me something you better be prepared for the answer cause it's coming.

I think that's why the friends that I have are long term friends of 20 - 35 years because we are honest people and we tell it like it is. I can't stand someone who won't tell you what's on their mind and will avoid a problem just so to "not hurt the person's feelings". I CAN'T STAND THAT! :somad My friends and I were having a conversation when we took our weekend get-away about how we all met when we were in college. What happened was we were all in class and they were talking about how another girl had told them that she had bought a new car and was bragging and all. I let them continue to talk and then I interjected into their conversation and told them if they stop kissing her butt and putting her on a thrown and pay attention to the car that they would see that the car that she was bragging about is not a new car and it's not hers. I told them if they paid attention to the license plate and noticed that the license plate belonged to an auto rental company along with the sticker on the left of the bumper indicating HERTZ RENT A CAR. I also told them if they looked on the back seat of the car (as she was showing off the interior) they could see that she left the receipt from the car rental place indicating that she was renting the car for the week. I told them that because they talk so much and they don't pay attention to details, that she had pulled a fast one on them and had them believing that this girl had a new car. When I told them that, they all looked at each other and was speechless. After they did further investigation of this "so called new car", they found out that the girl had lied to them. From then on, they said that they found it refreshing to meet someone who was so bold to cut in on their conversation and set them straight and wanted to "hang out" with me from that time on. Well 20+ years later, we are all still best friends and will tell each other what is on our minds when necessary. We still have disagreements from time to time and can't stand to be around each other for more than 3 days :lau and will tell each other the truth when no one else will but at the end of the day, it's about being honest with one another and those are the people that I prefer to call friends.

I would rather you tell me if something is wrong then to let it fester and fester and fester and I never know. I have tough skin so I could give a DONKEY's Butt what anyone tells me cause I can take it but on the other side of that, be prepared for a response from me, cause it's coming.

Ok, I'm done venting. WHOA! :D
