You've got GREEN eggs!!!! I love my green egg that I get every day (EE Edna, she's a pip!). Now, all you need is the HAM!!!

After all the years I’ve had EE’s & Ameracaunas, I still get a thrill out of the blue and green eggs – they are my favorites!

Love cooking-but not usually on Mondays – too hectic at work! Have my crockpot fired up today w/navy beans, smoked sausage, ham and a ham hock, diced celery, carrots & tomatoes & beef broth seasoned w/Worchestershire & hot sauce. I soaked the entire bag of beans & brought ½ of it all over to my folks so they can have an “easy” supper, too. All we have to do is cook the rice to serve it over.
YUM!! You always have the best sounding stuff in your crockpot! ANDDDD...you know I'm going to ask HOW you make it!

Yum!! Maybe I need to try crock potting again. I took some of the turkey broth and put in carrots, potatoes, and broccoli with seasonings, cooked it up and then puréed it. It was fabulous. I ate too much. But a good thick rich tasting soup with veggies and nothing bad in it.

I've had the pleasure of being there and helping to many of my friends and relatives than I care to admit. I learned a lot from those experiences. My best advice is follow your inner voice. If you ever need to talk about anything I'm here you can always PM me .Pam
