"Louisiana "La-yers" Peeps"

I LOVED going home for lunch & being able to walk outside and it was pleasant and not freezing!! I let the birds out before coming back & laughed – I ran back to the house & they were all running & trying to fly behind me – Pigeon and Carmen were running right beside me -- so happy to be out in warm weather!

That’s the main reason I keep them; they make me smile.
Yep my goto them and my dogs love em all. therapy 101

OK ya’ll are going to fool around & force me to try my hand at soap-making!
Any good websites to learn the basics?
Www.Essentialdepot.com they sell supplies they have YouTube videos. I make the cold process it is very easy to make . I watched the video a few times before making my first batch. Once you make your first batch with your choice of oils and butters you'll be hooked. After you see the videos google soap making supplies you can compare prices and sales. The basic oils like coconut and olive I buy from SAMs . Pam

I love that "chicken deity". Lol. When people come see my chickens I always call them,"cum on gurls." They come running from anywhere they happen to be. It always impresses non chicken people. Wow, they come when you call. That's true, but actually as soon as they hear the door going out to the chicken yard open, they come running. I never get tired of that sight. If I have time I sit on the bench and they just flock around me. Love that too.

You have to watch Annabelle. Her little butt will run in the house like a cat if you aren't paying attention. She learned real quick where I keep the sack of BOSS.

I have the manuka oil it has a peculiar smell. Do the flowers smell like that too? Tea tree would be a substitute . It takes a lot less manuka and it is more potent than tea tree. I like it the smell can be an acquired taste. The good thing is the smell dissipates after you put it on Pam
