"Louisiana "La-yers" Peeps"

No pics so that I can drool? :(

As crazy as things have been, I'm:
  1.  Lucky I remembered to cook something
  2.  Lucky I remembered to plug in the slow cooker (it's happened before:th and NEVER on a day I'm home...it's a day when I get home at 5pm to a room temp slow cooker.
  3.  Lucky I had time to FEED them before I ran off to class.

So, taking a picture would have been pushing my luck too far!  It was so good though, I'm going to make it again this weekend.  I'll get a picture then.

Sounds like you're lucky.

Thanks

I finally got around to making my soap about 1 1/2 weeks ago and although the recipe said to let it cure for 4 - 6 weeks, I took a chance and tried it a couple nights ago and I LOVE IT !!!!!!!!!! I made oatmeal, honey and milk non scented. I was so proud of myself. I didn't have a reaction from not letting it cure for the required time, so I guess I'll be ok. But I will let the remaining bars set for the required time. I was surprised at how easy it was to make. I think I'm going to like it. :)

Now I have other things on my bucket list to try to make. I think the lab is officially open. ;)

Great job on the soap!!!  You can have a wine and soap party!!

The thought of YOU in a lab sends cold chills down my spine!  :gig   You'd either cure cancer, or cause World War III!!!  :lau

Does anyone have a pure black, blue egg based rooster they are willing to part ways with? A friend of mine lost his rooster and needs another.

YES! I would love to try a different recipe. Can you recommend a good website where I can order soap molds? I just used a container and cut them into bars but I would like to get soap molds.

I was letting my chicks spend their 1st night out in their coop tonight. They have been inside in a brooder and this past week never used the heat lamp and they have been fine.
They are in the roost and I closed the ramp but now they have started chirping so loud I can hear them from my back yard. Do I just let them out there or bring them in? I have 5 and I believe it's 2 of them that are loudly chirping.
