ANOTHER CATCH UP:
WORMING: I am not a very rich person, so I had read studies (will find and post when I get a chance) was schooled by an elderly farmer friend, THEN my local Vet told me to use garlic, cayenne, and egg shells twice a week to keep many problems from even beginning in my birds. So I have been doing it for these 3 years and have not had any problem BUT fowl pox last year. Which there is not much you can do to prevent that since it comes from mosquitos... and I do not want to use any types of meds on my chickens ever if I can. I've never seen worms in their feces, since i do these things since hatching, they have never had it TO get rid of!!!
CONGRATS on the building! Looks great, and BTW, your man WILL be borrowed one day, just so you know! LOL
Milking system holders DOES look really cool and helpful... can't imagine having to just sit there and hold 5 of them per baby per feed.... would drive me crazy!!!
PRIM: Thanks for reminding me about what it felt like volunteering with my elderly/sick pals all those years. I have decided to go back to school next year for my CNA so I can work for a local Hospice company... I really feel your stories as well as a few other things being placed in front of me lately is telling me it is what I should do. Your a good friend to have.
LINDA: I am making a pile of a few books for you next time you run by that I have found possibly interesting to ya that I am done reading. Just novellas...
PAM: wont reveal what has transpired between us since it is our own business, I'll let her do that if she so chooses. But she is becoming one of the sweetest most generous people ever! Pam, you know what you did... my appreciation I hope overwhelms you.... THANKS SO MUCH!!!!!!! I loved it beyond words!!!!
