I'm up to 12 mares!! New record for me. I'm sorry if I told you guys this already. Seriously brain dead.

Lacross for the boys didn't work out. Oldest said NO!!!! He wanted to start back at Tae Kwon Do. So, back we go. Both my boys are black belts. They really enjoy it and it's their "thing" along with flag football.

He was delivered to the guy on yesterday. They home where he went to has already sent me pics of him and his entourage of women. where did you find the olay coupons?

I traded Almay coupons with someone. They mailed them to me. They were in the P&G inserts in the newspaper.

I think I'm going to! Im excited but scared. So lets see, I plan on getting the little giant with an egg turner (i wont have time to hand turn). ideal temp is 99. A tad lower is ok but no higher than 101. Humidity should be around 50-60% until lockdown. Then, 70% or so.

Is that correct?

Anything else i need to know?

Hey! I am using the hatching 101 article by Sally Sunshine on here. It has a lot of good info for newbies You can do a search on the article name and find it easy. But since we have been so humid in north louisiana I am using the “dry hatch“ method. I will let ya know how all that works out lol

Does the new owner want another rooster? I have a pretty large RIR rooster that's a year old and just a bit too large for my small flock of 4 EE pullets. I have someone coming by this Saturday to take him for the soup pot, but it would be nice to see him instead relocated to a new home where he can protect and serve a new (larger) flock of ladies. He is very good protector of his girls, that is for sure. If anyone knows where I can find him a new home, let me know ASAP, because otherwise, come Saturday, he's getting the axe.
