"Louisiana "La-yers" Peeps"

I haven't had this happen but have heard about it from someone else. I don't know it its plant bug or feed related. Flax seed and sunflower seeds are high in omegas any oily plant or seed would have it. Plus kitchen scraps could also add to it. Pam

I can add that ive also been told if they were stored near something with an odor theyll pick up the taste of that. I know someone in Utah who just had this happen.

Yea, I don't know what's going on. I haven't changed anything. Still feeding Scratch-n-Peck and the same scratch. So they must be getting into something.

I know you don't ferment but maybe try soaking overnight to activate the probiotics. They will have an easier time dijesting what they are eating hopefully flush their system out. They will get more fluids too to help flush their system. Pam

Hey everyone. I was wondering if anyone is familiar with Coyote Creek chicken feed and if yes what is your opinion of it.

Hi Cody,
when I checked out bulk shopping from coyote creek they were less expensive than scratch n peck and they were able to make the feed custom anyway you like it. If you wanted it with out corn and soy it was not a problem. Plus, because they ship from Texas the shipping was much cheaper! Compared to scratch n peck I would have saved several dollars per 50#. I think with shipping it was about $23 per 50#of feed. I would give them a call, they were real great to work with and I would have ordered with them if I hadn't gotten sick. :)
