I built a coop a few years back and tried my best to put wheels on it but it was way too heavy to move.Anyway, when I moved, I tore it down and took it with me although some of it has to be repaired. It is about half way up now. It won't be long and I will be ready. Not going to do like I have done in the past, which is get my chicks and then have to bust my butt to get the coop done. Although, it is a good motivator!![]()

I did the same thing. I guess I overbuilt! This time I decided to buy a coop on-line. The material cost was close but I didn't realize how cheap the materials would be. Oh well, live and learn. It will work for a while. If it just holds together for a year or two, I'll be in a better position time-wise to build with better materials.
I just picked up my chicks from the co-op this past Saturday. So far, so good.....
