and as of last weeek my sister in law brouhht me 7 olive eggers & marans a week old, and 16 more in the incubator... within the neext 6 months im probly gona turn my 15 layers out to free range permanently. May lose a few, but i cant feed 30 a month without some sort of supplemental they can get themselves lol

I got 15 layers. Been averaging 6-9 a day

So what do you do with all your eggs....giant omelets?
Mine get about 50% of their food free ranging but they also get all the leftovers from work and a lot of bread people bring me. I think they are carrying good weight, not too much. Every animal here acts like it's starving 24/7 no matter what I feed...

We use 5-7 a day, just depends on whats for brkfst or supper.

at least once a weeek we do 10 boiled eggs. Pickle some. Give a dozen away heree or there. But i try to keep minimum 3 dozen on hand at all times

I have been making "egg loaf" in my insta pot. It just gives me a pan hardboiled egg without shells, I chop that up for regular salad and egg salad.
I only keep 2 dozen on hand.
