I haven't started using a banding system yet but am fixing to do so & I'm going to use zip ties of different colors from Harbour Freight. My "original" flock will be unbanded, this generation will be yellow banded. Their offspring next year will be another color. I have to start doing this as all of them look alike!

Anyone have any advice on what antibiotic to use?
