I know folks here on BYC really understand how cool it is to eat what we have worked to grow,.. or gather eggs from our own hens and cook a sausage and chicken gumbo from our own meat,.. things most people these days will never get to do,.. we are truly blessed,.. and being from Louisiana,.. we all know how to cook it best!!!
