Any of ya'll have a homeopathic idea for insomnia ? Any granny's old secrets , please don't mention a Hot toddy, or Ambien , because I refuse either . Is this an age thing ? I might go two nites in a row then sleep all day .

Rhythm is all messed up , and we are soon to go back an hour

. Ugghhhh , why don't they leave that alone , studies concluded that never really helped , and we are no longer an agrarian nation that we need to be on that antiquated system anymore .
