Good grief! I always suspected you were Superwoman; now I KNOW you are for sure!!!!Yea, I know it sounds crazy but that is what keeps me sane. I think, think, think and relax my mind when I run. I'm usually in the chicken yard for about 2 or 3 hours as well and I still have to get out and run. I deal with people and attitudes ALL DAY long. They force me to have to run. If I didn't, then I would be nuttier than a fruit cake at Christmas time. Boy, do I love fruit cakes at Christmas time.![]()

I limit my jogging these days. Years ago, I would run an average of 5 - 6 miles a day and I would average about 40 miles a week. Now, I only jog 4 miles a day. I'm saving up for a cycling bike (cost about a thousand dollars), so I can get out and ride like Lance Armstrong in the Tour de France. Just call me Lana Armstrong in the Tour de Opelousas.![]()
I used to jog years ago but surgeries on both knees took that option away. I'm not supposed to walk or use my stationary bike until clearance from my cardio Dr hopefully tomorrow.
I can't ride a regular bike; have a set of nice bright teeth in front to testify to that, plus a bridge, 2 root canals & 6 crowns. Very poor sense of balance here! I need an adult tricycle!

Thank GOODNESS!!!!!!!!!!! Now it's to get these peafowl eggs to hatching. Guineas are scheduled to hatch on Saturday.
