I had a Call drake who bit us to protect his hen, and she silently "hissed."

he was a little (actually, very) crazy. That's one of the reasons he got replaced by his son. The other was he was not conforming to the SOP.

 

[Animal family]

My male and female let me pick them up and take them inside to hang out with me. I sit with them on my lap outside too. My female runs around my legs and digs in my boots and puts her bill in my sleeves. She makes a cute little squeak whinny sound that I just love. My boy will lean into my leg and when I put his diaper on he presses into me and lets me kiss his head. He knows his name too, he pops his head up and makes his boy quack sound. I’m so in love with them.
