I have been raising chickens for about 7 years now and really love doing it. I tend to stick to the more rare breeds like the Appenzellar Spitzhaubens and I also have Russian Pavlovskya, Seramas, mottled black and white bantam cochins. I even have security cameras on my chickens for their protection as I have had something get to some of mine and kill them. 
I am currently trying to get some more large egg layers to replace the ones that were lost in a predator attack. I am sure I will be reviewing this page often!
