Play house is 4x4 and when they were on sale, it was 99-149
each. I got mine for 99, and paid like 89 for shipping to get it here from 3000 miles away. It is 399 original price.

I'm using it as a brooder for now.

Those look awesome! I just bought this version at Lowes for $199.00
I'm going to use it for my ducks.

I am in the process of putting it together. I will post some pictures when I have it done=)

here's our playhouse (blue one)! we put our "90-minute" house up yesterday. since we had to retrofit it to our existing run it took us all day to do. the windows have hardware cloth, i cut vents in the peaks and covered them with hardware cloth, one window is the chicken door, and we joined the dutch door so it opens as a single unit. we put landscape cloth under it to keep out weeds, elevated it on cinder blocks, and stapled fencing to the underside of the floor so critters couldn't have access. this playhouse coop will be used to separate our cochin bantams and bantam silkies we have in our brooder from the standards. the pen off to the side was added after the main run because we wanted to give the girls more shade. the shaded run will be split in half so the bantams will have their own yard to peck around in. it takes a village to raise ...... a good hen!
