I love those names !! I myself am a big I love Lucy fan.
As for laying, I don't know. Maybe they will start back up soon ? I have two BR's still molting from October.

I have bantams, also, about the same age, and they quit laying when the weather began to get cold, Sept or Oct. They went through a molt that lasted a month or so but have just now began laying again. I think if you'll be patient you'll find they'll start up again pretty soon.

Oh, and hens usually will continue to lay for the rest of their lives. Yes, after they're about 1 1/2 years old their laying slows down, but I heard of folks getting eggs from hens who were 10 years old or more.
