lump on 11 week old ducks bill

hi, i have a welsh harlequin named chip he is 11 weeks. i just took a look at him today when he was sitting on my lap, and this strange soft squidgy lump on his bill had formed. its not too noticeable and you can hardly see it on camera, but i want to make sure its ok. it seems kinda like a blister, or like something is in his bill. he doesnt seem like he is in pain. i have read other post on BYC about some duck having it, and they poppping it with a needle, but if thats the right solution to it healing, could someone give me clear instructions? thanks for your help!

its not got any bigger thankfully,but if anything its slowly dissolving
