I have 13 baby chis half 5 weeks old half 2 weeks.
3 of the 2 week old have a lump under the skin on the breast is thisthem just growing or abnormal and what do I need to treat it if it.

Is the lump located to the right at the base of the neck and does it expand after they eat and go down when they don't (i.e. first thing in the morning, if they don't have food and light the whole night)? If so that's the crop, which stores food before it moves further down the digestive tract.

It's completely normal. It swells up when chickens eat and goes down over time when they don't. If your chicks have a natural day/night cycle (no light at night) if you check first thing in the morning their crop should be completely flat. Once they start eating for the day it'll swell back up again.
