Lump on chickens beak

My young chicken has a growth on its lower beak, anyone know what it is and how to treat it?

Any lesions or mucous on the inside of the beak?
Any bad odors?

To me, it looks like Fowl Pox.

If you look close there is a itty bitty little whit thing sticking out of the middle. I pulled it off or out and kinda messed with the lump to see if anything was in it like pus or fluid. There was none. 4 days later it was completely gone. Figured it was some type of wound from being poked by something that had the skin forming around it. So glad it wasn’t anything serious!
