Lump on chicken's crop?

Was checking over the hens today and found on one of them a 1cm 'lump' on the front of their crop. Doesn't seem to be part of their crop but the skin on top of it. It's soft-ish but I don't think it's a lipoma since it can't really be moved around under the skin. Any idea what this is?

Pictures would help, along with the age of the chicken.

I'll try to get pictures but her feathers pretty much cover everything. It just looks like skin, but... bumpier. Tbh I'm starting to think it's a skin tag or something. 1yr old hen (15 months really).

Attempted to get a pic but wasn't really worth it as you can't see much. It just looks like normal skin really.
