Lump on chicken's leg

Hello, my little chicken Coki, a wyandotte has weird lumps on her legs that we thought was bumblefoot, I am asking here to maybe identify what my chicken is going through right now and if we can do something ourselves before going to the vet, (it's pretty far and we're young so we don't have much money)

The lump is pretty hard but not rock hard
We already bathed her in Epsom salt and cleaned her little claws
+ applied some cream for her little leg
She's acting like usual, she drinks, eats and plays in the dirt

I think I'd continue to treat the leg like you are doing for a while to see if those areas heal.

I would also apply some NuStock cream or vaseline to the scales of her legs, make sure to rub the cream or oil up so it gets under those raised scales. Hard to tell if she has Scaly Leg Mites or if the scales or just old and worn.

I think she may have mites since she's not that old, im going to continue treating her leg as i'm doing right now and will continue bathing her
