Lump on Wattle

This morning I noticed one of my hens had a lump on her wattle that looks just like this.

I also noticed a hen with a hard spot under her wattle. Dose anyone know what this is?

How long has it been there, and has it grown? It may be a cyst or it could be scar tissue or abscess from a peck injury. No one ever seems to follow up with answers to this issues, so please update this thread if you find the cause. I have had chickens with small hard cysts around the eye, but nothing like this.

While the second hen's lump is canker I think. The first hen I have no idea. I had been gone when it appeared. At most it's been their two weeks. She is acting normal and it was suggested that I put a antibiotic cream and some homemade lettuce cream to help with swelling on it. I will update if it changes.

How would I know the difference between wet fowl pox and canker?
We don't have a huge amount of mosquitoes, but the waterer is outside and I have seen wild birds drinking from it.
I will be separating hen one and giving her a few drops of Ivermectin.

Hen two looks like probably canker, is there any bad smell?
For canker, acidified copper sulfate or metronidazole are usual treatments.
Hen one, is the lump hard or soft? If it's hard then it could be a cyst. It also could be from an insect bite or sting. I've also seen hematoma's on combs and wattles from injuries, those are filled with blood and can take quite a while to resolve.

I checked 1 again and it is between her wattles. It is hard and seems to be attached to the underside of her beak.

Hen two.
This morning the yellow part is gone but the lump is still there. It might be an ingrown feather?
I treated the whole flock with Ivermectin and found a few with yellow spots. I will be quarantining all those chickens. Their was a bit of a smell so it probably is canker.
The youngest affected chicken is two months and the oldest is a few years.

Canker spreads easily between waterers. So in addition to treatment, you need to disinfect waterers, and change water and clean them often, at least daily.
For bird one, if it's hard then it could be a cyst or tumor. Very hard to say from the picture. When you say it's stuck to the bottom of the beak, is it external with scabbing, or inside/part of the beak?

It looks like it grew inside like a tumor. I don't see any peck marks or bites

Nothing visible inside the beak, under the tongue?
Sometimes you can try using syringe and needle to see if anything draws out. If it's a tumor then not much you can do short of vet care, and they would have to advise if removal was possible.
