Lump or hump thing on neck or shoulder (pics)

**UPDATE** For anyone who comes across this thread with same problem. It is not a full or impacted crop. I took my chick to the vet and had xrays done. It is a dislocated wing. The wing needs to be taped and immobilized for about 2 weeks. The hump more than likely will not go away.
 
My Blue Maran Rooster has the same thing. Just started to have it about a week or so not wry neck cause not having issues at all his right shoulder is more forward than his left. He has the the name Dobymodo. Any info would be Awesome
