Lump under beak

Canker is a protozoan infection inside the beak, and appears as yellow to grey gunk, and it is carried by pigeons. It spreads throught the water from infected birds. Pictures would be helpful. Canker is treated with Fish Zole (metronidazole) 250 mg daily for 5-6 days. Here is some reading and pictures:

Smell is worse today. She is very lethargic and labored breathing. I’ve continued with the Tylan but doesn’t sound like that is what she needs. Based on your experience, would you keep a chicken when she is a carrier? I’m just afraid my other 2 will end up with the same problem. My hens have basically been very healthy. I really don’t know what to do. Thank you!
It's very hard to know what's going on with her.
Are there lesions, canker blocking her airway too?

Will do. No not yet but she ate a little scrambled egg this morning and I got some water down her. She just sits in my lap with her eyes closed though. . Should I order cooper sulfate too?
It wouldn't be a bad idea to get the Acidified Copper Sulfate to put in the flock's water since you might be dealing with canker.
