lumps on breasts?

I am new to chickens and have a questions that i hope someone can answer. i have 6 wyandottes and they are about 12 weeks old. i have recently noticed that a few girls have a golf ball sized lump sticking out of their breast. is this normal seeing as most of them have it? if not normal development....what is it and what do i do?

is it on one side only? same side for each bird? Its their crop full of food. Normal they look that way after they have eaten alot and usually you will notice right before bedtime.
