My rooster has a big lump on each middle toe. None of the other birds have it. He's still very active and not limping. What are the lumps?

It looks like footpad dermatitis, aka bumblefoot. The foot pad itself looks to be injured or bleeding. I would start by soaking the foot in warm Epsom salts daily. That will clean up the feet and soften the scabs. Keep doing that, and you may want to remove the scabs. There are a number of treatments that you may want to try. Some use a Betadine and sugar bandage for 2-3 days which may shrink the infection. Sometimes surgery is required to get the core of solid puss out. Here are some good links to read:

Thanks. A few days ago someone left the gate open and our other roo got in the yard so they were fighting. That's probably where the injury came from.

I checked all the chickens again this morning. I think 2 hens have it. Thankfully it's just the black scab. It's not really swollen and a little warm. One bird was super active and really enjoys flying. When she started sitting around more I assumed it was because it had suddenly got so hot. The other is acting fine and not swollen at at all, but does have a scab. Is that still from an injury or is something else going on?
