Lymphoid Leukosis

[GI chickens]

Help!! We are losing our flock to lymphoid leukosis. Is it safe to eat the eggs of these chickens??

I dont know how you determined that your flock has LL. LL is transmittable through eggs affecting chicks. It is not transmittable to humans. Here's a link to respiratory diseases in poultry, scroll down to Lymphoid Leukosis (LL.)

[GI chickens]

We had a necropsy... he said he saw the lesions in the liver and other organs. He said it wasnt transmittable but I thought I would see if anyone else had more information.
